Or this one:
http://www.google.com/
Seriously, there's an enormous amount of information on 7M's available if you get off your lazy ass and look for it.
The internet has changed the world forever by putting an unprecedented volume of information right at our fingertips, and yet 99% of people ignore that and just log on to a forum and ask someone to give them the answer. Go figure.

Hey dick head. Tried a lot of sites and got a whole bunch of crap i didnt need. So, then i asked for help. Oh and isnt that what a forum is for, TO GET HELP AND ASK QUESTIONS AND GET ANSWERS FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME THINGS BEFORE. Get a life.

He better get in line. Seriously, Norbie like all of us are sick of people not accessing the information that is already there and persist with asking questions about it on the forums.

Haha thats close to the most classic thing I've seen in a while.
A complete random new guy comes in and flames one of the ppl thats up there with the most respected on these forums.
Why don't you have a look at some of the things norbie has done? Check out his post count? How long he's been on the forums? Maybe even read some of his posts? Generally if the person isn't asking a complete twatt of a question norbie has an amazing amount of knowledge to offer.
But hey if you want to call him a dick head I won't stand in your way, go for it champ Bear in mind the level of respect that you'll generate for yourself will be slim to none
Cheers
Wilbo

Ah crap, not another
"Tell newbies to search" vs "help them or just ignore the topic" discussion.
Customcaraudio: Won't don't want to scare off new members by being overly harsh, but you have stumbled onto a VERY sensitive issue.
You'll find these forums have an unbelieveable amount of information available to you, but you might need to look through some old topics. Trust us when we say that everyhting useful you need to know about the 7M series engines can be found somewhere in the old posts on this forum.
If you're just after a quick rundown on the 7MGTE, here's some very basic info for you:
Prone to blowing head gasgets in stock form (easy prevented).
Very torquey (500nm and over).
Can be made to see respectable power figures (160rwkw and over) with relatively inexpensive mods.
An "easy" engine swap for a wide range of 80's toyota's.
If you're after tech specs such as bore, stroke, cam lift & dur, etc... you'll find this site has some helpful info on the 7M & mk3 supra:
