Hey can anyone tell me is 2.6 or close to that is the right amount of volts for a map sensor on a 4agze

Depends what you mean by 2.6volts.

Im think they use between 0-5 volts

in trying to translate your question... im going to guess you want to know what voltage is outputted from a map sensor at atmospheric.

It should be between 0-5v, as 5V is inputted normally.

I mean when you turn the ignition on and probe the wires for the map sensor does yours come up with 2.6 or close to that

one wire will have 0 volts

one will have 5 and one will have about 1 to 1.5 when engine is idling

when u rev it it should go from 1 or 1.5 to about 2.5 or 3
