pressure plate or friction plate was changed?

maybe you have overheated the pressure plate and it has lost clamping force?

probably burned it away man, didnt take much to burn my old ke70 clutch, and then it did the same thing, grips in 1st 2nd and 3rd but once u get into 4th if you put your foot down to the floor at lower revs it will just slip like a mofo, then u let go of the accelerator and it grips again... REALLY annoying, especially when you are on a toyota cruise doing 80 in a 100 zone holding back half the pack cause you dont have enough torque to make the clutch grip Embarassed
