Hey All,
Wish me luck for the exam today, even though I part time studied it on my own time but I have had so much crap happen to me last year that I forgot about ITIL and the exam... which I have to do by today 
Damn ITIL...

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) - In other words... Theory of a lot of bureaucrats managing IT and it's processes for change to an existing standardized system/infrastructure...
Use Google. I'm sure it comes up a few times...

Hi,
Good luck. I did mine a couple of years ago. The results have to go to Europe somewhere and it'll take a few weeks before you get your results. If you pass you'll get this gay little tie pin. But, don't wear it 'cos it shouts "hey look, I just passed my ITIL exam, aren't I cool".
So, when are you doing your ITIL Masters Certification?

I have to redo it... I failed 
58 out of 100... Needed 65 to pass 
Looks like I have to try again in 6 months (after I finish one of my uni subjects which is based around ITIL  )

Hi,
Bummer. Sorry to hear that. I thought I was going to fail 'cos some of the questions, and the wording they use, can be confusing.
Anyway, I was surprised when I got 86%, which made River a very happy chappy.
Better luck next time. I hope you pass.
