Fully rebuilt proberly means the pistons are in the engine and an Oringed block means there is no head gasket.
Good price though, did you build it your self?
I might be interested.

Ya know what a o-ring is yea. Sorta like a rubber band.
When you o-ring a block you machine a groove in the top surface where the head sits.
Then the head can be torqued down on these o-rings instead of a gasket.
The rings arnt just ordinary rubber they are a high temp nitrile or something similar. They hold pressure better coz the groove holds them in place (they wont blow out)and they can be reused.
Eliminates alot of HG associated problems.

Nobody really does head O-ringing without a gasket. I know of one engine in the world that is like this and it uses Nitrogen filled aluminium O-rings. The normal technique is to use a stainless ring that is inserted in either the head or the block to bite into the head gasket improving the seal of the gasket.
