Hey man,
1. You may have a problem using the smallport flywheel on a ZE because of differences in diamter meaning the startermotor wont contact (not 100%) However providing thats ok you should be fine. If you can bolt the smallport clutch onto your ZE flywheel then that also sounds ok...
2. the only other thing to worry about is the t50 gearbox input shaft going into the clutch assembly but im pretty sure that will go in fine because my friend is running a small port block and t-50 gearbox in his ae86...
Just wait for a few other replies cause i may be wrong
3. clutch id recommend DAIKIN / EXEDY heavy duty organic or puck clutches, heaps of ppl here use them including me and theyre fantastic. Your local autopro should be able to sort you out, mine was around $360 (clutch face, heavy duty pressure plate, and thrust bearing)

gze fly doesnt fit into the t50 bell
so u either got a 212mm fly hanging off ur motor or a 200mm
either way u can fit the fly wheel and clutch
dunno if the clutch will work tho

Nope the ZE has a larger diam flywheel and clutch. The biggest one that will fit in a t50 is off a 20v 4age. Easiest fitment is to use a 16v 4age flywheel and upgraded clutch as the starter will bolt straight up to the t50.
Hope this helps a bit.

also another note is that the input shaft size is larger on a ZE clutch. It is actually the same size as in supra gearboxes. NA 4age clutches have the same input shaft size that is in a t50.
cheers
