those wheels have to be photoshopped on the civic look how much they protrude the guards by the car would only move in one direction and thats straight ahead they would not turn as they would rub the guards.
Secondly the galant VR4 is hardly rice its just a rally mock up and considering the car has the go to match the show than it ain't rice.

well rice came from rice burner meaning the exhaust was so big looks like a burnt out rice burner!

i would say its a galant vr4 (EVO 0) that is touchin rice might need another 5 mins in the rice cooker tho to become full rice its just the 3 diamonds on the front that give it the ricy feel
