That is a very clean looking 28 you have there, look after it cos there aint too many good ones left and I am gonna need one in a few years time.
The dragways look great, I used to love them on old valiants. You don't see them around much any more though.
So do you have plans for it?

Cheers
The mags are 14 x 7's with 225/60/14 on rear and 205/60/14 on front.
History
Was originally bought as a daily driver while my project car (RA40 3TGTE) was off the road. I was sold the moment I found it. Paint was a little scratched up and had some annoying dings but when I popped the bonnet and saw an RG and then when I looked at the rego and saw the car was first registered in Australia the day I was born I knew it was meant to be.
Current
Although it was bought as a daily driver not being able to work on my project car I started tinkering. Small things like the GT grill decent stereo, respray. The engine is untouched apart from adding extractors and putting a pod style filter on. I have the original 18RG intake and filter still though.
The engine is actually a 18RGEU that has had the solex carbs put on and to my horror points distributor. So with the low compression its currently like a stock 18RC that revs higher.
Future Plans
Been collecting a few parts slowly. Got some 45mm webers to put on and will be getting some 10.5:1 92mm (think its 92mm) pistons which will increase capacity to about 2200cc and have been searching for some long duration cams to help with the high compression (somewhere around 304 intake and exhaust).
There is still a little rust thats troubling me in the usual spots corner of door and rear boot lid, and the drives seat needs some attention (being a daily driver there is seat belt wear on side of head rest).
