Yes, I have search.

How does the Thermo turn on from the ecu, what type of thermo switch is it using, and how can it be wired up. I have CLG doing my Wiring, and he is quite lost on this section of the wiring.

Any help would be much appreciated.

From what i know the ECU doesn't control the thermo switch in either the AE82 or the AE92. Its got its on circuit.

But apart from that i wouldn't be able to tell you what the thermo switch part number is but if you go into, say, AutoBarn and ask there they'll "should" be helpfully enough with part numbers.

He's not lost with this section wiring - he just hasn't got to it yet.

Now, where was that guy who thought his conversion would only take a week all up?!!!?

what towe_001 said - its basically a switch with at 82 degrees presents a ground to the relay to switch the fan on. its green. the one that the computer wants to hear from is the brown one next to it.
