OK I'm getting marred in a week and i have no speech yet so feel free to make one for me 
it has 2 have all this 
To relate a little about the Bride and praise her appearance.
To thank the Bride on behalf of the Bridesmaids.
To thank the Bride on behalf of the Flower girls, Page boys and ring bearers.
To thank the Hosts on behalf of the Guests.
To read out a few cards, probably from absent relatives or close friends.

Appearance: When i touch myself i think of you coz you're pretty
Bridesmaids: Thanks for the free shoes

Weddings are so yesterday, get on the bandwagon and get a divorce now before it goes out of fashion!
Congrats on getting married, watch Old School, plenty of pointers in there.
To the bride:
I think I would look better in the dress.
To the bridesmaids:
Don't catch the bouquet, theres poison ivy in there somewhere..
To the other jerks:
Flower girls - Stop making a mess! Now who is gonna clean all this crap up ???
Page boys - wtf is a page boy??
Ring bearers - Drop it, and i'll drop on you like a ton of bricks.
To hosts:
Thanks for having me, I was awesome.
Cards from loved ones who couldnt make it:
Dear whoever you are, i'm sorry I couldn't make it, I was killed in a freak fairly floss accident, i'm sure the bride will understand when I say "I thought the baby was mine" From some dead guy with no baby.
Thats it, I think I need to get out of the house....

well recently being best man at my best mates wedding which is 18 and married a girl of the same age i learned a few things.
Look at the girl you married for thoughts, talk about what you hope the future will bring good and bad, stories of the first dates or however you met her and if all that fails get into the drinks asap and try to make out some drunken sler so the guests will just understand that you've had to much to drink and will laugh at anything you say  worked for my best man speech

i was a best man at a wedding not long ago, just do a google of wedding speeches there are hundreds of examples, just use the anecdotes from the examples, insert relevant stories etc... the grooms speech is mainly a formal one just thanking everyone for comming, thanking the in-laws etc... the best man speech is the hard one its gotta be funny and congratulatory.

Actually said at a wedding I went to by the (horrifically drunk) groom to a shocked audience and bride (except for the table I was at - we pissed ourselves ).
