high end sony HU, offers Wed, 30 March 2005 12:23 Go to next message
my sister has just ripped out her jap spec HU from her import RVR to fit a $2000 HU, so she wants me to be rid of it,

top unit is a sony MDX-410, its a spectrum analyzer and MD player, which has 4Mbit shock resistance, has changeable equalisation points for 63, 160, 400, 1k, 2.5k, 6.3k and 16k.

on the back of the top unit it has a bus in, bus out, line in and line out {line in and bus out are being used {connected to bottom unit} this particular unit doesnt have an amp or preout in it, the signal from the bottom unit comes to the top one, gets processed, then it sent back to the bottom one to be on sent to either the inbuilt amp and/or onto the external amp.

bottom unit is a XR-C3100 AM/FM cassette player 40wX4.
has MD/CD changer control, remote control IR, rotary volume control, d-bass and remote rotary control adaptabiliy.

on the back of the bottom unit it has a bus in , front and rear line outs and the normal wiring. the bus in is being used {getting signal from top unit}

you also get a rotary controller which u mount next to your indicator stalk so u can adjust most of the functions from there, like volume, track, bass/treble/fade ect ect, i actually have one of these in my car and its sooooooo useful, dont have to move so far to change shit. and you also get a remote control.

has the little box so u can listen to aussie radio channels too.
any questions just ask

open to offers, located in brissy, will post.

Phil
