Are these shocks or springs? and do need both shocks and springs for a smoother ride and is it reccommended?

im selling front king superlow springs.
2.5 height drop approx.
i do have a pair of struts that were with it, but which were Standard so you can understand how it would've stood against superlows.

im not sure mate.
its the superlows 2.5inch drop.
i guess it would be the one that ends with the S ?
