FWD Drag Racing tyre Pressure?

Hi Guys,
Going to WSID tomorrow and was just wondering what people recommend would be the best pressure to run for maximum grip. I have a traction problems (like any1 with a FWD Turbo)
and want the best grip I can. I don't know if it makes a different but the car is a Corolla SX Seca and the tyres measure 205/40x17.
Thanks in Advance

ok the best way to get grip in a FWD turbo drag car is get an LSD, another option is widder wheels and a softer compound. But u probally don't have the money or time to get those ATM so i would say run ur tyres at about 30psi. If u still have the old 14" rims i would say put those on and lower the pressure more to about 26psi.

With street radial tyres, you will probably not gain too much by letting your tyre pressures down, since the sidewalls are pretty stiff (especially on a 40 profile tyre).

i'm don't know much about corolla's(who want to?), but it would surprise me if they did. The GZE boxes are more likely to have an LSD. Even the MR2 turbo didn't all come out with an LSD box. They are a rare find.

I might just try letting the tyres down a touch even if it doesn't do much.
Thanks
