Hey all, im thinking of buying some gauges for my 86, i want to buy a vacuum gauge, i was thinking of putting it opposite the cigarette lighter. They are cheap gauges from Autobarn available for 60 bucks, what you think??

Yeah they spin past the scale then go backwards the other way...

Its the biggest load of shit just so people go "wow I can see how much fuel im using"

Not just for how much fuel but ignition timing, cam timing, burnt valves, sticking valves, leaking valves, weak valve springs, worn rings, intake manifold leaks, exhuast retrictions, blown headgasket.

But 60 bucks for one, i got mine for under 20

if its them 60 dollar gauges that have like 7 colour display, dont get them as they are so ghey wif aidz. My mate installed them and they worked for like 5 mins and now they dont work at all, they still light up though which is a bit ricish.

i dont understand y u would get a vaccuum gauge, y dont u get like a volts gauge, if u go to auto pro they have em n they are only 30 bux, they work fine i used to have one in my s12. Thats if you already have an oil or water gauge. If not go oil pressure or water temp as they're important
