Undo the 2 pipes that go to the master cylinder.

From inside the car, remove the pin from the brake peddle.

Undo the 4 nuts that hold the booster in from inside the car.

Take booster & master cylinder out.

Outside: Leave the Cylinder attached and just undo the hardlines connected, and wire on top of cylinder. Use 10mm spanner and pair of pressure pliers if the bolts start slipping Sad Penetrating oil helps.

Inside: Pin out and then its 4 bolts. Use a socket wrench with LONG ARSE extension. Might help if you remove seat for more room to play with. If you cant get to the bolts, your in trouble. Its then Dash, dash harness out of the way, steering rack.

My question is WHY? Something wrong with you brake booster / cyclinder? Very expensive to get these things reco'd. Was quote about $250.

PS. I stripped my shell for painting so i managed to strip everything in 1 hr...brake booster bolt was almost last to come out Sad

thanks heaps for the help guys, i managed to take the master cylinder out, and most of the dash is out so i'll have a crack at taking out the booster tomorow. the reason i'm taking everything out is because its getting sprayed and i think i might upgrade the booster and master when i do my brakes.

once again thank you for the help it has been very useful.
