How to set up a web page

Guys where's the best place to go to get a free web site for a club.
We would want to be able to post pictures, copies of minutes and trip reports etc. A forum would possibly be handy but probably not often used.
Had a bit of a look on yahoo but couldn't find anything free. Also had a look via a geocities link but it includes my details in the address. Can this be changed and is there a better place to go for a free site. Do they give you all the templates or something to set up banners/links etc.
Any help would be appreciated as I've never done it bofore.

well if you want to be able to upload pics to a website then you'll need either php or asp support.
try websamba.com

Thanks guys I check some of that out.
I don't want to use my free web space with my ISP as I may wan to set up my own basic site and if I leave the club they still need access.
We don't want a real flashy site with heaps of pop ups and banners and stuff. Just our logo and a couple of pics but we need a section where we can upload trip photos, minutes and trip reports etc. So photos and word docs etc.
Having said that we want it to be fancy if we can get out of cost so if we come up with a local business sponsor we'd like to go a bit flashier.
