Hey guys.

i have a ta22 with 2tg/3t hybrid n/a engine which idles at 1000-1200 rpm when first starts and responds well. but after 20 mins when it heats up it wont idle under 2500.

This has only happened since being dynotuned (by a hill billy). Timing is ok (fluctuates between 10 - 12 degrees) dwell is spot on at 50 degrees.

What do you think it could be (before i take it to another shop)
I'm not into highly modified cars as i'm no mechanic, but i would like some info on possible causes. Runs with twin Solex carbs.

Any ideas?

1st make sure the choke system is off ,next if it is idleing high you might have a vacuum leak could be carbies or inlet manifold

Manual choke.

I suspect it may be the carbies but the fact it seems only when hot threw me.
