HKS Hiper-D coilovers : who can tell me how to adjust, or knows of someone who does?

Which way goes soft, which way goes hard? Which adjuster controls bump, which one does rebound? Does anyone know how many clicks of adjustment the older Hiper-D coilovers have? (that's what I've got)
Any help appreciated, even if you just point me towards someone in melbourne who can sort me out.

I haven't dared mess with 'em yet, coz I've read that if you go too soft, you drop the valve and have to get the shock rebuilt to get the valve re-assembled. I REALLY don't want to have to do that ! !
