i am trying to find a specific article out of yesterdays papaer on the net, i found one site that has it but wants $18, get fudged, doesnt other sites have it for free

i cant find a link there to where they archive the stories, only the link to newstext, which are the ones who want $18

find a large news-agent in the general distribution area of the GC bulletiin (logan down to tweed) they tend to keep copies for about a week in a pile before returning unsold papers.
email the paper directly? - they might be able to send you a copy, or a PDF of the page with the story
can you email me the date/page/headline of the story and i'll ask the media kids at my work (a public affairs unit - they get lots of papers every day
