2TG intake manifold bolt up to a 3T head?

Anyone know if a 2TG intake manifold can be or will bolt up to a 3T head? Maybe an adaptor plate is required?

it almost does actually. i tried it on a 2T head.
you can get "ears" tigged to the alloy 2TG inlet manifold and it will fit - you'll also need to block up the water inlet on the 2TG inlet manifold in the middle.

Thats fine but the 2tg manifold doesn't bolt to the 2t head either, Exhaust side is the same between all 3 tho.

adapter plate you just need to nick some metal from the lower right and left of the tg manifold i can take a pic of mine if some one can tell me how to post it

ive got one for sale if anyone interested 
2T manifold, 3SGE injectors, plenum, throttle body etc

Ive done some research into making an adaptor plate to allow the 2tg manafold to bolt up to a 3t. It looks pretty straight forward, the one thing I am concerned about is the clearance between the 2tg manafold and the dizzy, it looks like it will be pretty close.
Can anyone tell me if it will fit?
If you have done it, do you have pics?

Aditionaly, can someone please confirm that the exhaust manafold from a 2tg will bolt up to a 3t. I remember reading this in another thread but I cant find it now.

yes, as far as I know (and have read)
2T/2TG/3T/3TG(T) zorsts are all compatible.
not actually tried though

I found a picture of a 2t-geu efi manifold bolted to a 3t-c with a simple adaptor plate, so I assume the carb motor woudl be similarly doable.
Would a set of a stock 2tg solex 40mm's be wortwhile on a stock (for now) 3tc?

yes the 2tg exhaust mani bolts up fine (i trid on my 3tc)
Can u post a pic of the 2TGEU mani bolted up to the 3tc?
