Another (unrelated) Wakefield Track Day! Friday 29th of April NOW WITH PHOTOS (56k beware!)

Ok, i've got a private track day coming up next friday at which we've got a few spaces left.
Standard setup, for those who don't know, $120 to put your car on the track for the day, and all you need is a CAMS license, or a Wakefield Club license (which can be obtained on the day with a valid drivers' license and $40), a helmet, and neck/wrist/ankle length clothing.
If you're keen, send me a pm, or email on thomasg@bsci.com, and i'll get in touch with some payment details to confirm your spot. There's not too much room left so if you're keen get organised!
Look forward to seeing a few of you guys down there and putting a few faces to names. Spectators also welcome.

i got out of work at the last minute yesterday for this and i had the best time! it was my first track day and im definantly keen to do it again.

Hey GT sorry i bailed on you early yesterday i went to oran for some more drift action. i was wonderin if anybody had pics of the track day, there was a large variety of cars, from evo VII's to Skylines to MX-5's, and heaps more.
As anyone could prob tell im a little more interested in the drift pics at the entrance to the main straight.

Coupla nice shots there boys! Yeah, great day was had by all, and the attrition rate was very low, no real major failures at all, that i know of. Got to be happy with that! The torana race car that dropped an oil line, and the evo IV that had to be push started every time cause the starter motor died is about it. Oh, and matt's celica, the blue one with the 1J and big single turbo did a fuse to the fuel pump i think.
Yeah, Tommo, i did have a good drink friday night, and a quiet trip back saturday morning!
I've got a few photos, i'll post them tonight.
Looking forward to the next one! (Probably june sometime)

Nice shots Ben! I'm curious how your AW11 went as that thing is still one of the torqueyest(speelling) cars I've ever been in!
Also how did the Supra go, I'm keen to take my baby down but it's handling compared to the MR2 leaves a little to be desired

My lap times were down to 1:19 but my brake pads were rather rooted and I am sure I can get some better lap times next time. The JZA80 was rather quick, maybe doing 1:21's (yeah I was a bit quicker )
