Is it possible to do this conversion and how much effort and money would it cost to do this sort of conversion??? also has it been done by anyone on these forums???

sv21 camry i take it.. 3sgte or 3sge will bolt directly into the car... much easier and a bigger engine

Yep, if you want to change the motor over stick with an "S" series engine. "S" series motors have the same engine mount locations and can drop right in.

Guys..NONE of you have answered his question..why go on about whats easier...??? He asked is it possible..not whats a better motor.... 
Yes its possible and would friggin awesome to see a Camry driving down the road with a 20V 4AGE revving 8000K!!! Think of the sound and the speed! In terms of getting power..you might be better of getting the 3SGTE simply because of the ease of getting power out of a 2L..but yes its possible..and not too difficult to do if you have the knwoledge.

what would be needed to do a conversion from the 3s-fe to the 3sge or 3sgte?? than the motor and gearbox???

oh and i found ou that the drive shafts also need to be replaced otherwise they will be snapped, is there anyone that knows more about this sort of conversion???

id be looking for an st202 or st182 half cut. get a 3sge, 2wd gearbox, drive shafts brakes, the whole kit and kaboodle.
