I was talking to a NICE cop (yes believe it nice) and he let me know that there is a Blitz on this weekend for speeding and drink driving (not that we do the latter)...... Just a suttle warning. Cant wait to see some old faces and some hot cars.

just got home, this was f**kin huge, i tagged along at mona vale after seeing about 10 cars, then when we got to palmy about another 30 cars followed in! A couple of rotors thought a bit of smoke might be a good idea, and presto just after the smoke came the cops. So everyone dispursed and cruised to mona vale hungry jacks or brookvale maccas or both. it was good to see so many modified cars out, i live on the beaches and cant remember the last time i saw so many out here! generally its just a sea of commodores with wheels and a wing.

Interesting evening, we had a shitload of cars out and the cops sure as hell knew about it.
Had one tail us from hungry jacks at mona vale all the way back to the M2 exit on mona vale rd before he managed to get an oncoming car!

Honestly i dont understand the idiocy of some people.... doing burnouts amoungst a group of their fellow peers at a LARGE gathering where it is undoubtedly going to attract large police attention.... do they have any idea at all???
I will say thank you to the police officers who came and spoke to us and suggested that we move along to avoid further police attention and unwanted anti social behaviour. I commend their diplomacy and fairness.
I did have fun though.

Thanks to everyone for attending and making it such a huge turn
out. Special thanks to Ben as I know most people were told
about the cruise by him. 
We had 92 cars at homebush at my last count when we started to
cruise out at 9:30pm, Toymoder's mostly cruised along together
and met up with a few people waiting at Palm Beach, while the
other's arrived.
My highlight of the night would have to be when people kept
telling me we wouldn't fit all the cars in the Parking bays at
the beach and turning to see the road totally backed up with
people's headlights that were attending the cruise.
We did have a few drama's with people being tools despite my
speech at the begining of the night. As Witzl said the police
that arrived to ask us to move along were very polite and
kindly asked us to leave before their back-up arrived. Cassie
had a chat with them and they were fine.
We pushed on from Palm Beach to Mona Vale Kfc/Hungry Jacks who
didn't know what hit them. I believe the line of the one
cashier was | Quote: |

followed by him freaking out a little. Most people got a bite
to eat and then kicked around in the car park checking out the
fine display of cars avaliable to look at.
Overall we had a good mix of cars and mostly genuine car
enthusist's who just wanted to get out there and meet some new
people to talk about their favorite past time....... cars.
There's always a few who do their own thing you just have to be
aware that there will usually be some form of un-wanted
attention that follows them.
