Ignoring the 13BT, the 3S-GTE has to be the best option for power and handling.
Its difficult to put in tho.
Im going for a 1UZ in my RA28 as i want the torque and its not much heavier than the 18R-C.

if your referring to the aw11 motor, not, that wouldnt be a good choice.
3TGTE, 1GGTE or 3SGTE

You will find it hard to get parts for the 18RG.
I reckon you should fit a 1G-GZE, nothing beats that for grunt down low......

18R-G parts aren't hard to find at all. It's not as easy as zipping over to Autobarn, but if you have the right contacts (eg ToyMods) you'll find everything is available.

No, the 1JZ is a lot bigger and has no "simularityz".
In future try using a spell-checker before you post. It's seriously hard to understand what you're talking about.

not if you acctually look at your options...
straight up, 18rg and a 1gge (no turbo). i found that it was VERY hard to find a cheap (sub $500) 18rg... when i looked for a 1gge my first option was about $500 inc g'box, ecu, loom, etc etc, and you get more power too.. roughly 50% more then the 18rg i believe. weight is quite similar, the only catch is the need to change the fuel system, and a few other bits... fitting becomes trickier... i don't need to rehash all the 1G fitting instructions...
the advantages i saw here, was that later on after i've done other work to the car i can virtually BOLT in a 1ggTe.. i'll have the fuel system in, all the mounts are already there, g'box done, sump done, only major work i can think of would be the intercooler... a mate of mine has 1ggte in an ra23, it's got over 200rwkw... and i tell ya, it goes like free frangers at schoolies week.
