NO i don't have a jap disc. but I guess it couldn't be that hard to find. plus it could be an eazy 1st step up grade that might not cost so much.
it was only a through. i didn't know if it would work.
i just did wanna buy one thn have to buy the piston and everything else that come with it.
but i'll try to do the search now.
thank

you cant use jap discs in aus spec calipers
jap discs are too wide.

if you want more stopping power just upgrade to better quality pads, the shopping trolley type pads arent meant for anything but.

front does all the work anyway who are the people you got the discs from? are they custom made? still seems exy just for the discs, i got my brembos for $31 each for the front, but then again they are a replacement for a probably more available car.

just the hilux/pug combo. i know you wouldnt do it for your car cause yours is more about handling and drivabilty but for me i just wanted big stoppers on a budget, cause my car is undrivable with poor handling and waaaaay too much lag so a bit of extra unsprung mass didnt bother me. im just using $15 pads from auto one, still stop mad tho

RDA do vented discs for jdm calipers. Pretty cheap too.
On this topic, what pads do people reccomend?

I have the pug caliper conversion on my 4a, and i must say its not bad at all. Do want lighter calipers though.

i was under the impression that RDA dont do slotted for jdm ae86.
that's what the state distributer(ajps/truenotool's supplier) told me, anyway.

Well i cant honestly say. I went from stock suspension, to HTS102s with height adjust coilovers, completely braced and adjustable.
The struts are shortened quite significantly as well as the front track increased 25mm.
The end result is that the steering is ridiculously direct and it feels like the car is on rails. Brake bias is screwed severely, causing the rears to lock up almost as soon as you press the brake pedal. Overall its quite good, stops like a demon too.

RDA will slot anything, you just have to wait 8-10 days and pay a little bit of freight (I should know, I just got some done by them)

and JDM *slotted* and vented OEM duplicates front and back
for $1000 bucks
you could do the same an get some JDM calipers and thats good stoppin for $1250!

I didn't spend anything like that on my KE70, and I got R33 turbo brakes onto it - bet they pull up a little better than any JDM corolla crap:P

thank you for all the reply
But after all.
what brake up grade can I use to be able to have some kinf of enternal adjustable suspension work?
Does any one have any idea of what prices range should i be looking for in coil over?
or even just externally adjustable suspension is ok.
I don't mind the high I have got my car on at the moment.

WTF????? Prease spreaking ze englash or no peeples understeund you.
The suspension work will have nothing to do with the brakes unless you run into something like having the wrong offset disk and hence touching the struts.
There are a million ways to do both the brakes and the suspension work. Find out which one you want to do for each and see if they're compatible.
