what lsd diff center can i put into my ta22? some one told me i could put an sprinter one but how much and where thanks

If you have a T series diff it has the the same as JDM sprinters. Very early TA22's don't have a T diff though, they have a D series I think? So you'd have to check.

As for your other questions, do a search, the topic has been done to death so there's plenty of info available.
