How much cm/inches lower do these KG/MM springs lower the car by? I heard KG/MM springs are pretty harsh ride.

hey sorry for such late reply mate.
The KG/MM springs will lower your MR2 by 35mm at the front and 30mm at the rear.
The spring rates are 4.4kg/mm at the front and 8.4 kg/mm at the rear.
They are progressive springs, therefore you ride won't be too rough. I am using them in my sprinter at the moment, and I don't think they are too hard for the road at all.

cheers,

Jim

You wouldn't by any chance know if Apexi springs are progressive or not?

yeah Apexi Springs (from Japan) are also progressive.
But they carry pretty light springs rates.
