Wanted - Car around the $3000 mark

Hi everyone,
I'm located in NSW just out of campbelltown. Looking for my first car, i have around 3 grand to spend. I will consider anything decent.
Also tell me if i have left anything out of this that needs to be put it.

ive got an 1991 CS Limited Corolla Hatch (AE92), 1 Lady owner since new(untill me), service history with receipts, i got nrma inspection last december, runs perfect, last owner rebuilt the heads i think like 200kms, ive only dun like 10,000kms or sumifn, had it for like a year, its got rego till august...
neva burns oil, no leaks, no smoke, is a perfect first car.
its got 3 lil rock chips in window, but nuffin to bad. like 1dent on the whole car(trolley). paint is average.
ive done only one thing to it, a sound system, u can have it if u wanna pay a lil extra, the head unit alone is worth 700, the rest is worth bout 900, wif depreciation and crap.
