I'm looking for a new housemate to move in with myself and another early 20s guy studying at Monash.

House features;

  • Victorian style house with period features (picture rails, etc.)
  • Open fire place
  • Polished timber floor boards
  • Cathedral ceilings with rosettes, etc.
  • Timber venetian blinds
  • Gas cooktop and oven



House is currently furnished, including;

  • Stainless steel refrigerator and stand-alone pantry
  • Sofa, etc. in lounge
  • TV, DVD, Hi-Fi
  • Cable internet (computer use if necessary)
  • Front-load washer in seperate laundry


Close to public transport by tram, train or bus, shopping strip including ethnic eateries and groceries, park and Carnegie swimming pool.




Available now. Looking at around $325/month.

So thats $81.25 cent per week. which is pretty cheap to rent ppl. i prolly would move in with ya but im in sydney!!
