Ask a few exhaust shops around your area, they are not approved for race use etc but they may still make one for you. I know a few exhuast shops up here that would make half cages and that.
Just ask around local racing clubs/groups they may be able to put you in the right direction. But if not just do a ring around to a few places.

yup, bond have a pattern for them. how much depends on what level of cage you get... i would expect a 6 point to be around $600 or so (iirc), but give them an email..
i think they may have a KE15 pattern now too.
