According to this site:
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

I could fit get these tyres on my corona rt142 rims and it'd throw my speedo out by 2%.

Would they fit?

215/65/14 will not fit on corona rims well steelies anyway cos they are only 5.5 inches wide meaning the max you can have is 195, i'm not sure how wide the avante rims are but but it would be push and go, why not just buy the steelies and see if they actually fit the rona they are the same stud pattern.

They'd be 4x114.3 right? If they're off a skyline wagon.. How much for just one? Cause I actually broke a large section off one of my wheels when i hit a gutter, so i need a new spare..

Hey guys,

Sorry for the late reply haven't been on lately.

v204age: They would fit on a AE92 but the tyres are fairly wide 215. They are wider than my cressida tyres which are 205. As for the distance between the studs i am unsure how to measure that. If you know how to shed some light on it an i'll do my best to try measure it.

chrishulbert: They would fit on the corona but using the steelies that are provided with it. Like Corona RT142 saying that the width on your stockies are probably maximum 5.5inches, which may be abit to small for these tyres as these tyres are fairly wide.

peeack: I'm planning to sell all five. But if no one wants the wheels then i'll sell you the single one itself.

Hope that answers your questions guys.

Come on guy's someone's gotta want these set of wheels? or maybe not?! Smile

Btw if someone could please tell me how to measure the PCD or PDC what ever it's called of the distance between the studs?

Thanks!

Just to try and help, I have an R31 Skyline with stock rims. Wink

Offset is 25mm
4x114.4
Also the rims are 14x5.5 - check the stamping, so obviously fat tyres do fit skinny rims, just they bulge a bit, as you can see from the pics - I've got 185's on mine. Sad

Hope this helps, Mike - GL with the sale..

errr i don't see how you can put 215 width tyres on a 5.5inch wide rim. I have 195 which is the max and it bulges i'd hate to put 215's on.
The sticker on the door of my corona states the widest tyre size for the stock rims at 195.

This is one of my R31 Skyline rims, 5.50x14" JJ

http://home.iprimus.com.au/susie510/Rim.jpg

I've got a 195 on my spare and it's not too bad, the 215's are bulging a bit in the pics, but it obviously can be done! Cool Silhouettes and Ti's both have different style wheels, but both are 15x6, so they're not much wider, and I've seen 235's on them before!

Sorry dude, just trying to help your sale!

That's alright crayman! Anything to help a make a sale! Smile

Well i don't know why my uncle put 215's on them, the spare tyre has 195. Don't know what he was thinking at the time.

I tried fitting them onto my 626 and they are tooo big.. wouldn't fit on the cressida as the stockies are 15's. And these are 14's with a 4 studded pattern.

Anyways anyone least interested at all ?
