hey all, got a written off red ae92 sx hatch here (been hit hard in drivers side rear door.
everything is for sale, EXCEPT motor/box/loom/ecu
front panels are like brand new, likewise the bonnet and front bar, rear bar few scratches
stock sx steering wheel
aftermarket sun roof (works a treat!)
got head lights, tail lights, indicaters, hatch with spoiler
front/ rear seats (drivers side has rip, all door trims (again, drivers side not so good) dash cluster, speedo cable
3 doors are still perfect
if you need anything just ask! no reasonable offers refused.
will only freight if buyer is to arrange it, and pay for it.
located in country vic.

no the car cant be fixed
unless you want to re weld all the radaitor support back in  (was easier to get the motor out seeing as the car was a write off anyway)

i dunno  but if i do, im keeping them and putting them on gf's SX  (sorry)
as for the sun roof, it was already in there when i got the car (which i bought wrote off cos i wanted the motor thats all)
so i dunno, 100$ and its yours.
worked a treat when everything was connected, opens right up so you can fit through it

you mean the bit with the power mirror switch, and the console bit that lifts up etc? (if so the top console lid has a broken clip, so when ya lift it up, it comes up not cracked tho)
umm i dunno, $25 bucks?

ill have a think about the sunroof (its just a luxury for me) however i really need the front passenger door sensor. the one that detects when the doors is open, for the interior light and alarm, mine is buggered.
how much?

serious? ill ring around for installation quotes and get back to you in the next few days. is it a manual sunroof? do you have pics? sorry to be such an ass, but i kinda want to know what im buying, plus the installer will probably ask me anyway.
what about the other thing? the passenger door sensor? do know the thing im talking about?

B pillar trims are sctrached like ever other sx iv seen  so yeh, not the best looking, no cracks tho.
BWS, the sun roof is electric, will come with switch wiring, everything ya need. its been installed proffesionaly last time, no sings of any leaking etc and is very neat
looks pretty much like the ones they had a auto salon this year, and they were going for like 400+
or its also got tinted glass (dotn know if their all like that or not)
edit, yes, i know the switch, took it out and its on the dash waiting

Scratched but are they sun affected at all??? Mine at the top are basically crumbling apart and about 1mm thick... I don't care about scratches or discolouring, just want ones that aren't gunna fall apart on me...

Yes - "the bit with the power mirror switch, and the console bit that lifts up etc" - thats the bit I'm talking about. Only really need the lid - I can do something about making a hinge.
Does the arm rest lid that lifts up have another smaller lid that lifts up sideways ?

yes it does, at the top, the lid that folds to passanger seat is the hinge that i mean is broken, the part that folds back is fine.

here my list:
- front bar (with necessary mounts so it can bolt onto the ae82)
- complete dash inc instrument cluster
- centre console
- steering wheel
- maybe the sunroof but would like to know how easy its to bolt and appears yours has a custom roof trim for it
- power mirrors and wiring (look the same as the ae82)
- and possibility the rear seat if they are the same as a ae82
- also anything else you think my suit the ae82
if any of the stuff is gone above just let me know
not too much changed on the ae82 so far. getting a little more faded and in desperate need of some paint. was going to flock her off but decided i might clean her up
will organise you in a couple of weeks when i have changed the front seats as want to get rid of the white interior

- was told need the mounts but will see how it lines up against the ones on my car. if they need specific ones ill source the mounting points for a wrecker
if steering wheel falls through let me know

ill post a question in the forums asking if ae82 and 92 rear seats mounts are the same
instrument cluster gone but what about the rest of the dash
ae82 with a ze doesnt need an engineer certificate in adelaide. just needs to meet brakes, emissions and roadworthy. thank goodness for that
