removing ra60 windows

ok im spraying my ra60 so i need to take out the windows and
i dont know how, so if anyone knows please tell me, and should i wear gloves so i dont cut my self, i was think of getting them taken out my pro's but i got no money due to driving
lessons so any help would be appreciated

I assume you mean the front and rear windscreens? Gather all your screw drivers or anything else you can that is long and straight and firm. Start in the corner up the top and pull the rubber seals away from the steel lip, then insert a screw driver at 180 degrees to the lip to keep the rubber seal away and off the lip. Continue this process around the sides, along the top corners and the top then gently apply force evenly to the inside of the screen, to gently "pop" the windscreen out. The seal will come out with the screen, and you don't need to worry about doing this along the bottom - the seal will have enough flex to bend like a hinge along there.
