100kw (smallport) 4AGE short motor, block or whole. Sat, 28 May 2005 03:41 Go to next message
I am after just the block for a smallport (100kw, redtop etc) 4AGE.

Would prefer just the block as this is all I need, but will take whatever is for sale.

Will still pay good money.

Located in Adelaide.

What about a 20V item - they're basically the same and I'm happy to strip it down to just the block if you wish?

My plan is to use a smallport block on my bigport head using all the RWD cooling gear and clutch I already have.

Without knowing too much about 20v's, would the 20V block be ok for this application? Would need 16V pistons of course?

If you're keeping it NA, the 20V block would be BETTER than the smallport block... lighter internals. You can fit any piston with a 20mm gudgeon pin onto the 20v rods.
