how do you define very worked?
pushrods, you could get alloy, lifters, you could get solids, valves you could get 6mm stems...
extractors, make your own ones, tuned to the rpm range you desire..
what cam are you running? port sizes?

specs known before rebuild..
5k motor
extractors
port polished
balanced blue printed
single webber 32/36 downdraft
2.5 pipe thru to hot dog muffler
oversized cam just been read ..was equilivent to a xu1 bathurst torana way oversize didnt start to perfome till 4500 rm with ability to go into and past 9000 rpm easily
heavy duty valve springs
flat top pistons
i have pulled engine down and discovering more and more as i bought this motor as it was , my first project so bare with me if i sound like a idiot hahahaha. have been in close terms with crow cams in vic and a motor builder in dandenong to get this to push along and reading other peoples projects for ideas so any other input would be great ..
i will list items that have been purchased so far to complete the rebuild shortly
