its already starting to happen in the city !!!! with the proposed trial closure of parts of george st. to stop easy access to the rocks !!!!
do have to admit there are a few cars that i have seen drive up and down it like 5-6 times in a 40min period, bit much doing that.

I wonder when they're gonna introduce that rule to maccaz car parks or guildford rd in guildford or church st and other hot spots.
Wouldn't you feel embarassed and ashamed driving around the same 200m over and over again?

those signs are all the place in the usa (well in California at least) on popular cruising roads
