Depends what you mean?
Do you want to convert you hydraulic fan/waterpump into a waterpump only arrangement?
Or just replace a waterpump only setup, or just replace the complete hydraulic setup?

Easy job but very time-consuming because you have to remove a lot of crap to get at it. If you want to remove the rear section of the pump you even have to take the timing belt and crank pulley off, which is a major PITA.
