Haha yeah I always spin out on the rwd cars.
Did you buy it?
I've just got the demo and an alpha version so the training is screwed.
It looks like you can keep it in 3rd and make the turn but the only way not to spin out is to keep pumping the brake in 2nd.

Use the mouse trust me. When you use the keyboard you can ONLY turn the wheel slow. To turn it completely (fast) you need to assign different keys.

Use these keys:
Steering: Mouse
Accelerate: Left Mouse Button
Brake: Right Mouse Button
Clutch: X
Gear Up: A
Gear Down: Z
Handbrake: Spacebar

It might feel a little weird but the mouse is the best! It gives you total control over your steering.
Wanna verse me? lol PM me Smile

I like the GTT?

s2 is looking good too, tyre wear's a bitch though Smile

I like how the new version lets you choose what differential you want... open, 2 way, etc

even lets you choose how much slip Smile

What control setup do you use?
I don't get what you mean by full throttle or nothing at all?
Ohhh wait! Yeah the only way to keep it at low rpm is to keep tapping the throttle but that's like most car games.
Do you have it so that it automatically blips the throttle on down shift?

well i use:
a: accel
z: brake
s: gear up
x: gear down
d: clutch
space: hand brake
mouse: steering....

when using the key board u cant adjust how much throttle u want to give it... because the computer registers it as full throttle.
nah i dont have it on the blip thing so when braking it taps brake i just do that with my finger.

im just starting to get use to the whole side ways thing with the mouse... i want to get s1 n s2 but i need to have an online pay thingo...

Awesome i just downloaded the demo version 2, yeah rwd is hard with the mouse especially XR GT turbo come into corner gas it round and round you go, pretty good with the fwd. Did the braking test dodgy it come into braking area hit handbrake, spin the car round, gas it up and brake, stops very quick ranking pro woot.

i was playing last night a bit on a texas drift online game pretty cool, they were all driving XR GT turbo's, i was running just the XR GT and i reckon its better for drift much easier to control getting pretty good at it actually.
Was also racing some random peeps and was killing em they kept on getting the shits and restarting and trying to crash me out but couldn't lol

i used to play this so so much, was the best game for drift by far, but when they patched it to make it harder for keyboard drivers it pretty much removed all drift unless you used a steering wheel.

should be good to get this one going now as i have a wheel Razz

I raced last night with crab etc, so consistent he is. I did a 1:30 point somthing and would of gone better if it hadn't been for me typing a message mid lap at one stage lol, still got a 1:40 on that lap. Very Happy Very Happy
Was interesting cos off the grid i was pretty much stuck in 5th and whilst initially, i'd have the guys behind me hassling me, once thru the chicane i could lap around the leaders times, i couldn't catch em but i left those behind me for dead.
Unlike the leaders however my tyres didn't go off, so when you guys pitted i made a couple of spots.
Secret to NA drift come into the corner in third, drop back to second and sit on 9krpm, boo yea. So much more fun and a little easier than drifting the turbo.
I pissed a few of them off on DDC but some of them are just dicks, i mean i can drift quite well not as good as them, but you make a mistake and spin next thing you know your banned. If not the next corner you come into you get punted into the wall.
