hey can anyone with toyota epc check whjat this ecu is off
part num is 89661-12250
its either an 86kw or a 100 kw
someone has mixed looms and ecus and thing is runnin like shit
i recon they have 86kw ecu with 100kw loom or the other way round which makes injectors pulse twice as much

mine says NOT APPLICABLE
i have access to both a 86kw ecu and 100kw ecu i will try and get the part numbers off them.

If you feel like finding a working Russian proxy this thing will work for you:
http://www.japancats.ru/toyota
Its an online EPC... unfortunately it gives forbidden errors for anything but a russian IP address.
It took me about half an hour to find a working RU proxy to get into it last time 
Might be quicker and easier to just phone Toyota.

My EPC also says 'not applicable ' but it only lists JDM, so looking at their numbers, the AE82 ECU's range from -12010 to -12110.
The AE92 units run from -12180 to -12450.
It probably unlikely, but you may have an Aust spec ECU from an SX AE92 which is why I have no listing for the thing.
Like what's been said above, try calling a Toyota dealer parts dept. and quote them the number you have and see what they say..

ok cool
well i just found out the car was runnin sort fo ok then got bad
i was under the impression it had not run good
i guess the ecu is right one for the engine and wiring and there must be another prob
i have to go on tues to fix it and fix the dodgey wiring
i got told it used to have a ze now they fitted an 86kw back into it
