this is still solid axle right?, not irs?

so is the axle housing the same as the drum ra40 diff?, ie would the disc brakes bolt on to a normal ra40 diff?

Im honestly not sure...looks the same, i have one of both drum and disc spare!
i would just bolt the whole diff in, thats what i did as i had a few of these diffs. Its awesome on the brakes now!
i cant honestly say if the discs will just bolt on!, but also, the MA45 diff has the sway bar mounts (i also have some rear sway bars) where as some of the RA40 standard diffs do not.

yeh its just that i didn't want the whole diff, ive got a good centre and swaybar mounts etc... but if you were willing i could be interested in just the brakes if they fit a drum housing.

any chance you could have a look to see it they fit?

Yep, definatly solid rear axle on it Very Happy no way irs, here is a basic rundown. An ma45 is an RA40 hatchback, lengthened a few inches, with a 6cyl, all electrics and gizmos, upgraded brakes, sound insulated everything Very Happy

Reckon it'll fit a KE70?

I'm seriously considering this. Can I come and have a look at it some time? PM me your address and we'll organise a time.

Thanks.

1352mm??

did u measure disc to disc or hub to hub?

u need to measure from hub face to hub face (ie where the wheel sits against) it will be more like 1410mm

2ndly yes the MA45 is live axle T series non-LSD with discs and double row axle bearings.

no it wont bolt directly into a KE55 or KE70 for either car the diff will need to be modified somehow.

its too wide for a ke55, you'll have to chop it

u can probably get away with it on a KE70 but you may have to change some mounting points.
