EOI - HKS 1GGTE Twin TD-04 Turbo set up

I bought this from "importbitz" a while ago, haven't had a chance to use it or try it.
it is 2x HKS TD-04b Turbos, on manifold adaptors to suit the 1g manifold, seperate dump pipes which join into a single 3" pipe, oil lines, intake pipes, wastegates etc, all is there in pieces.
turbo front wheels are damaged, I was going to replace the front wheels but never got round to it...
this is an expression of intrest to start with, I am also trying to sell my car again and if my car goes these will definately be for sale, but if i get a good offer now then the turbo's will go before the car.
this is what the kit looks like when together.
in Adelaide, will cod at buyers expense...

how much do you think the turbos will cost to get the blades replaced will u be able to do it urself , if so how much after they are replaced i might be interested in them

I'm not spending money to make money.
been burnt by that before.
it will cost you as much as it will cost me to get them fixed.
or just use the adaptor plates and get new TD-04 turbo's

why don't I just give them to you then ?!
I paid over $600 for these, and I'm not into buying things, not using them and then losing a heap of money on them
I think $450 is a very fair price.
may even go a little lower than that, but $200 is crazy

$400, I'm already losing out bigtime on these.
looks like something got into the intake and hit the blades and chipped them, possibly ran without intake on ?
