Busted Crank Pulley damage

Hey yall.
Im currently replacing gaskets and crap like that, and I see that when I removed the pulley (properly with the puller) someone before me, has removed it with.. ahh looks like a screw driver and there are some chips taken out of the side of it. I dont think it will cut into the belt at all.
I am wondering if these will upset the balance of it and destroy any bearings or anything? Anyone know the price for a new one? Bursons wanted like $200 for a replacement.
