I am selling my 1988 mz20 gt limited soarer. I will have pics up sortly. Here is a list of what has been done.
Engine was out of Mark's "WTF AEROCABIN SOARER"

3.0lt 7mgte full rebuilt engine and driveline by Outta Control Racing

85 000km's genuine
standard pistons
chrome moly rings
shot peened rods
arp rod bolts
arp head studs
acl main and rod bearings 20 thou oversized
TODA adjustable cam gears
HKS stainless steel 1.2mm stopper type head gasket
3 angle cut valves
ported and polished head, (intake and exhaust)
custom polished intake (port matched to intake)
brand new t68 polished garret turbo
polished 3 inch s/s intercooler piping
polished vavle covers
brand new bosch super 4's (spark plugs)
brand new spark plug leads
brand new welsch plugs
fmic
Autometer pro comp liquid filled boost gauge
Venom oil pressure gauge
brand new 5 puck exedy clutch
Fully Rebuilt r154 5 speed manaul (includes thrust washers, bearings and seals)
New clutch and flywheel bolts
New crank ground 20 thou oversized
Brand new slave cylinder
Brand new s/s braided clutch line
New 5 puck exedy clutch plate 800HP
Custom 3 inch stainless steel dump and down pipe
3 inch exhaust system chrome cannon
leather interior
all electrics
BBS 16 wheels 245 rears 90% tread 225 fronts brand new
HKS vpc
HKS EVC
Tems suspension

I have reciepts for all most every thing. Whole driveline has been replaced. A lot of money spent



Note this is with a new auto put in place.

This car is truely worth it and is a1 condition. Wont find one close to it I have a firm price 16,000ONO of with safety cert and rwc

how can pistons be "semi forged"?

or is semi the company that makes them?

he probably means hypereutectic pistons or something.
something tankier than standard but without the piston slap of forgies.

they are hypereutectic. Which consist of both materials of, Forged and standard pistons in one.

Well i was sourcing interest as the car will be put back together this weekend. I have just bought a s14 and want to focus more on it. The soarer will be dyno'd, but i'm looking at driving her down to brisbane next week some time. Everything has been replaced. i'll have to update the list tonight. cheers

forged pistons are usually made of the exact same materials as normal pistons. forging is a process, not a type of material.

it's starting to sound like it's getting hard to sell cars that like a bit of a drink. shame really, but with petrol pushing $1.30 for regular 92 octane, not surprising. Sad

lol, thought this car would sell quite easy. old engine made 469rwhp. Hope once i get the sheets on this new engine it should encourage more interest
