3K Tappet clearance

Hey guys...
how should i set the tappets on my 3K?? (ie. what clearance?)
at the moment its making a whole lot of noise!

hot clearance (80c)
inlet 0.20mm
exhaust 0.30mm
cold clearance (20c)
inlet 0.13mm
exhaust 0.23mm
looking from the front, number the rockers 1 to 8
put cylinder 1 to tdc. adjust 1, 2, 3 and 5
rotate crank one turn. adjust 4, 6, 7 and 8
i reccomend buying gregories manual #122a, toyota corolla 1200. i've heard the applicable haynes manual is better

yeah i haven't seen teh ke20 gregories but the haynes i have do a pretty good job of covering 3k rebuild/general-fixit stuff.

I'm not to worried about keeping the 3K going i just want it going 
Soon i hope to have a 4A-GE! No more tappets!

ditto about just want it running
except my 3k is turning into a balanced 60 thou cammer 4k no need for programmable fuel
