These are a silicon seal - go and buy a tube of oil resistant silicon, form a large bead along the clean edge of the pan, bolt it up so the bead just start to deform everywhere fromt contact with the other side, and then leave to set. Once set, tighten the pan up a little more till you see the bead bulge from light pressure. Done!

If you got supercheap you can apparently order a cork seal for a 5s-fe which will fit.
