 Help me, my 3tgte engine can,t started

Please help me to figured out what the problem of my engine,
it,s cant be started.
I bought another complete engine and wiring from my friend to suit the engine and mostly every parts have been replaced such as tps,water coolant sensor, injector,wiring,afm, computer box but it wont started, the injector failed to spray,injector relay functioning, but the groung wire #10  not functioning.Try to start direct using ground injector wire #10  touch body its a life but not long,the computer cut the injector relay after 5sec.
Please help me, now it's over 6 month I tried to figured out what the problems.What the problem anyway?
