Well was playing around with new phone on way home from work and took a video/sound of the 1g off the lights.
It looks better on my phone the conversion to computer wasn't very good.

just wondering... were you holding your fone with your mouth? Shocked

I'd imagine it'd be pretty hard to change gears and hold the steerting wheel at the same time!

ok details please man as i am doing a 1G-GTE conversion ATM. what are you running to get 140 odd Kw's? please say it is stock Smile. My goal is 200rwhp with little modification

well say he had a gen-2 1GGTE, then he's upped the boost by 4psi...


ive seen manual 1G's like JasonP's GX81 chaser push out 120rwkw (if i recall correctly) stock, so maybe upping the boost even just 4 psi would net a gain like that...


I guess a freer flowing exhaust and everything would all help as well

Yeah Justcallmefrank said they are ment to do 120 - 130Kw's stock on the manual. i don't know too much about boosting wrt gains achieved by adding 4psi?

gen 3 1g running 14 psi with 3 inch exahust system and a pod filter.

i know it would put out maybe 220hp at the fly
Seen as tho it put out 210 stock with the extra few psi and cuz it breathes better i'd hope for some sort of power gain.
But i know i'm being over optimistic.

haha yea was interesting holding the phone while doing that.

Its fairly stock besides your usual mods, upped boost, 3 inch exhuast, aftermarket fmic. Really starts to go at 15psi.
Gotta get the safc2 tuned now to get a bit more power.

Dirty_Sanchez when you get yours on the road you should come up to sydney and have a 1g sprinter cruise Smile
