Running in a lsd in the rain. Good or bad ?

Just wondering if running in a lsd in the rain is good or bad ? since its been raining, and really only option is to run it in the rain. I figured it could be bad, since its not grippy the surface that well causing possible slipping ?

while running the lsd in you should be driving softly anyway, so it wouldnt make too much difference,
but if anything was to slip it would be your tyres not the diff.
thats what i think, anyone else?

If it's an LSD, you should have better traction in the wet than an open diff... if it's locked, well, only your right foot can save you...

My mate just upgraded his diff (this is in a EF fairmont, sorry not a toyota  )from an open to a 3.45 xr6 lsd. in the wet his car just kicks-out really, really strongely and all of a sudden. is this a same with an lsd ae86?
ohh, to contribute:just cruise in the wet while running it in. traction off the line will be much better.

dont have a locker in the raid, espesilly if your got bald tires, way way to dangerous
