Please help I cant work out what else this knocking noise is from the LH Front wheel

I have a really anoying LOUD knocking noise from the front left hand wheel and knocks when you turn to the right. CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK, and you can feel it through the whole car!. Driveshafts are pretty new and I have just replaced the wheel bearing on that side and the boots and re-greased the CV joints.
