R154 problems

guys i just installed my R154 to my soarer
its got a bad ratlle noise and when in 3rd the gearbox screams and its gone
does anybody know where i can get a gear made up or baught of a shelf
id really appreciate the help

If you can't get a gearset from Toyota, then I suggest you get a set made by Ivan Albins Off Road Gears in Wendouree, Victoria.
That said, I suggest you (or a gearbox specialist) dismantle the box and make sure that the problem is actually gear related and not something else.
